Refund Policy
Please allow between 4 -10 days for your order to arrive. If this timeframe has passed then please let us know using the 'Contact us' page and we will review the status of your order.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note we do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.
Shipping
Please contact us for return address shipping information.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Wrong address disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. There is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address before an order has been shipped. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
Please be advised, once a parcel has left our warehouse we are unable to amend an incorrect address and we will not provide a refund in this instance. It is always the responsibility of the buyer to ensure they have entered their shipping address correctly.
Lost/Stolen Packages:
The Sunflower Pendant is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier using the information provided to you on our Tracking Page.
